Surrogacy treatment in India
Surrogacy treatment in India at the kiran infertility centre is a step by step systematic procedure that permits commissioning couples to meet the surrogate and finalise an agreement with her and then begin the medical process.
Nest steps using self eggs after obtaining the necessary Surrogacy/ART visa to travel.
step 1 is to decide on medical protocol by our specialists which involves controlled ovarian stimulation of the female partner based on her age, body mass index, fertility reserve and Antral follicular count.it is important to bear in mind that only the optimal dosage should be used and not more to prevent ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in the female partner.
step 2 is to travel to India for Egg retrieval.we can customise your protocol in such a way so as to minimise your stay in India for 3 to 5 days if your fertility expert is willing to coordinate with us for your ovarian stimulation in your own country.
step 3 is the egg retrieval and fertilisation.
step 4 is the embryo transfer into the surrogate mother’s uterus.
step 5 is the pregnancy test which is done 10 to 12 days post embryo transfer.
note- if you do the full cycle here then you need to be in india for 15 days.
next steps using donor eggs
1.select the egg donor
2.the male partner needs to be in India for atleast 3 days to provide his semen samples.
next steps if you have Frozen embryos in a facility abroad
1.permission needs to be taken from the ICMR to import or export embryos.
2.we will help you with the application for obtaining the permission from the ICMR
3.liase with the facility abroad where the embryos are frozen to ship them in specialised liquid nitrogen tanks to bring them to our clinic here.
note-even if you are shipping embryos you need to apply for a medical visa.
Your embryo is then placed in the uterus of a gestational carrier, who carries the baby to term. When the child is born, the carrier gives the baby to you and signs away her parental rights.
